Kubungabunga igifu

Igifu ni nk’umufuka wakwakira neza litiro 2, umutobe (suc gastrique) irimo ni aside (pH=2.5), isaso yayo isimburwa buri minsi 3 kandi ikora uyu mutobe (suc gastrique) ungana na litiro 3 buri munsi.

Kwirinda indwara z’igifu

1. Kwirinda imiti: imiti hafi ya yose igira icyo itwara igifu, ariko imwe muri iyo ni iyo kwitondera cyane kuko yangiza isaso irinda igifu (Anti-inflammatory, aspirine, corticoids, sels de fer…).
Kwirinda ibikabura igifu: Hari ibintu bigera mu gifu bigatuma kivubura aside nyinshi bikagabanyiriza ubushobozi isaso y’igifu bwo kukirinda, ibyo ni nk’ikawa, ibisindisha, ibinyobwa bifite gaz, urusenda, vinaigre, ifiriti, ibinure. (1)
