Ni gute wabugangabunga impyiko zawe?

Bavandimwe basomyi, uyu ni wa mwanya wo kwiga kwitungira amagara mazima. Ubu turareba uko twafata neza impyiko ntizipfe kurwara, ibimenyetso bishobora gutuma tuyikeka ndetse n’uburyo zavurwa iyo zirwaye.

Kwirinda indwara z’impyiko

Icyitonderwa: Umuntu wamaze kurwara igabanyuka ry’ubushobozi bw’Impyiko (Renal insufficiency), kunywa amazi bigenzurwa na muganga kugira ngo atabyimba (edema).

3. Gukora imyitozo ngororangingo:

• Imyitozo ngororamubiri ituma calicium ifata ku magufa (aho yagenewe) ikayakomeza. Ku bantu bahora bicaye hamwe, calcium iriyongera mu maraso no mu nkari, bikongera ibyago by’ikorwa ry’utubuye mu mpyiko.

• Ikindi sport yongera ibyuya bityo imyanda igasohoka, bikagabanyiriza impyiko akazi.

Imyitozo ngororamubiri ni urukingo rudahenze rw’indwara nyinshi.

• Potasiyumu (umutobe w’imbuto, inyanya, imboga muri rusange),

• Kurya ibirimo manyeziyumu (Magnesium) vitamini B6: ibi byombi biboneka mu ngano, sezame, igitoki, avoka ndetse n’ibinyamisogwe.

• Kugabanya ibikomoka ku mata (amata, fromage…): Amata abamo calcium nyinshi iba igomba gutuma inyana zikura vuba. Abana bo nkabo ntibayikeneye cyane nkazo (calcium yo mu mata y’inka ni inshuro 3 z’iri mu mashereka). Umuntu mukuru rero ashobora kurenza urugero rwa calcium ikenewe, kandi iy’umurengera isohorwa n’impyiko ikaba ari kimwe mu bikorwamo utubuye two mu mpyiko.

• Kugabanya umunyu no kuwirinda igihe cya renal insufficiency (2g ku munsi). (2)

Icyitonderwa: Igihe indwara yo kugabanuka k’ubushobozi bw’impyiko yamaze kuba (renal insufficiency), ni ukugabanya imbuto zikize kuri potassium kuko impyiko ntizibazikibasha gusohora potassium igomba gusohoka.

Kwirinda biruta kwivuza

Ibyo kwirinda:

 Ibisindisha: byongera ibyago byo kugira amabuye mu mpyiko

• Proteyine muri rusange, ariko cyane cyane izikomoka ku matungo.

 Kugabanya umunyu n’ibirungo: umunyu w’umurengera utuma calcium itakarira mu mpyiko (utubuye tukarushaho gukorwa). Ntakurenza 6g z’umunyu ku munsi.

• Ibinure bya kolesterole (Cholosterol)

• Vitamine C yo mu ruganda, urengeje 1000mg byongera ibyago by’utubuye kuko Ascorbic acid (VitamineC) ihindukamo oxalate bimwe mu bigize utwo tubuye.

Ibimenyetso by’Impyiko

Hari ibimenyetso byatuma umuntu ajya kwipimisha impyiko kwa muganga:

1. Kugira amaraso mu nkari cg ibindi ibintu bidasanzwe

2. Kwihagarika cyane (polyuria)

3. Kugabanuka cyane kw’inkari (oliguria)

4. Kwihagarika buri gihe inkari zisukuye cyane, yemwe na mu gitondo umuntu abyutse cg arangije imyitozo ngororangingo

5. Kubyimba ibitsike by’amaso cg ibirenge.

6. Kuribwa mu mugongo bigenda bimanuka uko imiyobora (ureters) iteye.

7. Isesemi, gucika intege, kuruka, kubabara mu mutwe

8. Kunanuka cyane

9. Kutakaza protein mu nkari. N’ibindi.

Kuvura impyiko

Kuvura impyiko basaba kujya kwa muganga, akaba ariwe umenya icyo gukora. Muganga niwe ufata icyemezo cyo gukoresha imiti cg kubanza kugerageza ubundi buryo butari imiti bitewe n’uko abona uburwayi (twirinde cyane gukoresha imiti ya gakondo tutarabonana na muganga w’impyiko ubufitiye ubushobozi n’uruhushya).

1. Gushyira umwenda utose ushyushye ku mpyiko (Compresse chaude sur les reins): Amazi aba ashyushye kuri 42°C mu gihe cy’iminota 10-15 gatatu ku munsi, warangiza ukihanagura, ukahafubika cyane. Biruhura imiyoboro y’inkari bikanagabanya uburibwe. (1)

2. Kwicara mu mazi ashyushye (hipbath): Amazi aba ashyushye kuri 36-42° C mu gihe cy’iminota 10-15 gatatu ku munsi, ibyiza na mbere yo gufungura. Byoroshya ububabare bw’impyiko cg ubwatewe n’indwara yatewe na mikorobi y’urwungano rw’inkari (infection).

3. Gukoresha ibimera bitera kwihagarika cyane (diuretiques): Ibi bimera bituma inkari zisohoka ari nyinshi. Ibitagwa nabi ni ibi:

• Ibigori (Zea mays): Imisatsi y’ibigori ibyimbura impyiko ikanongera ubwinshi bw’inkari. 30g z’imisatsi zisukwaho amazi yabize (infusion) ahwanye na litiro 1. Udukombe 3 ku munsi.

• Bouleau (Betula alba): ibyimbura impyiko ikanakabura (stimulating) gusohorwa kw’amazi n’imyanda. 20g z’amababi n’uturabo zisukwaho amazi yabize ahwanye na 1L cyangwa amazi yavuye mu gutogosa ibishishwa by’imizi (decoction).

• Prêle (Equisetum arvense): yongera ubwinshi bw’inkari igatanga n’umunyungugu wa silicium (wangombwa ku ruhu, inzara n’amagufa). Gutogosa 30g z’iki kimera muri litiro1 y’amazi.

• Reine des prés (Felipendula ulmaria): usohora imyanda ukagabanya n’ububabare. 30g z’ibibabi n’indabyo zisukwaho litiro 1 y’amazi yabize (infusion).

4. Igikoma cy’imboga zisukura (Depurative broth cg Bouillon dépuratif): Hakoresha imboga zigira imyunyu ngugu myinshi nk’ibitunguru na celeri. Muri rusange ufata ibitunguru 4 n’ishami rimwe rya celery ukabitogosa iminota 10-15. Ushubora kandi kongeraho epinari n’igisura.

Iki gikoma gifasha mu gusohora imyanda (uric acid…), mu kongera ikorwa ry’inkari mu mpyiko, mu kongera potassium, magnesium, calcium, fer n’iyindi.

Icyitonderwa: Kubera ko iki gikoma gifite potassium nyinshi, ntabwo urwaye Gutakaza ubushobozi kw’impyiko (renal insufficiency) ashobora kugikoresha.

5. Umuti w’imbuto (cure de fruits): Kurya uruvange rw’imbuto biruhura impyiko zananijwe n’amaproteyine akomoka ku matungo n’umunyu. Icyo gihe umuntu yirirwa arya imbuto gusa umunsi wose uko ashatse. Bituma inkari ziyongera n’imyanda isohoka. Imbuto nziza aha kurusha izindi zaba: imizabibu, inkeri, watermelon, melon, poire (pear).

6. Ikoreshwa ry’imiti: Muganga ashobora kwandikira umurwayi imiti. Ariko muri rusange umuntu wagize kugwabira kw’impyiko (kidney failure) akorerwa iyungururwa ry’amaraso (hemodialysis) byatinda agahabwa indi mpyiko (2). Utanze impyiko ushobora kurokora umuntu akabaho neza nk’abandi.

Impyiko zananiwe gukora neza, hifashishwa imashine igakora ibyo zagakoze.

Iyo impyiko zihagaze gukora zisimbuzwa inzima, iyo itabonetse umuntu arapfa.
