Umuceri ni ingenzi mu kurinda indwara z’uruhu

Umuceri  ukungahaye ku munyungugu wa Manyeziyumu, Vitamini B6, Fosifore, Zinc na Kuwivure ariko ukaba ukennye ibyubaka umubiri.
